In short
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts, and it stores nothing in your browser. Fonts and images are served from our own server – your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or any other third-party service.

Visiting the website
To show you the website, the server has to receive your IP address, the date and time, the page address and information about your browser. This data is used only to deliver the website and to keep the server secure and running (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If it ends up in technical logs, it is kept for a short time and overwritten automatically. The provider of the server that hosts the website may process it on our behalf.
On your first visit the website checks your browser's language setting to show the Polish, English or Spanish version. This information is not stored anywhere.
If you write to us, we use your email address and the content of your message only to reply and keep up the conversation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when it concerns entering into or performing a contract). We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with the matter and then until any possible claims become time-barred. Email is handled on our behalf by our email service provider.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Just write to support@dareia.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live, or with the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). We do not make automated decisions about you or profile you.
